Things that work for us: Relevant experience in a similar role providing administrative services and supporting your Manager with administrative leadership and organisation Experience in managing HR systems (knowledge in Kronos and Workday desirable) Certificate/Diploma Business, Frontline Management or IT desirable High level of customer service skills Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to follow directives as per care plan Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months) NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
