Senior Payroll Systems Administrator at The Royal Melbourne Hospital The RMH Payroll Services team is dedicated to delivering service Excellence Together, ensuring accurate and timely payroll services for all Health Services supported, including The Royal Melbourne Hospital, Western Health, The Royal Children's Hospital, and The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital. About the Role: Manage and maintain various payroll systems to ensure smooth operations. Serve as a primary contact and liaison for all payroll system users. Implement upgrades, configuration changes, and user requests. Lead the team in adopting new systems and procedures. Provide training and support to payroll staff. Enhance systems and processes for improved service delivery. About You: You are adept in system administration, particularly with SAP ECC Payroll and RosterOn. You harness exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Team player mindset with a drive for continuous improvement. High proficiency in implementing legislative and enterprise agreement changes into systems and processes.
