Fortescue Hydrogen Systems are seeking a highly motivated Technical Marketing and Sales professional to be responsible for the Internal customer engagement, technical marketing, and sales of Fortescue Hydrogen Production System products and solutions. They will work with the Global Sales Manager and broader team to develop and implement a marketing and sales strategy for Fortescue Projects. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain ongoing relationships with new and existing internal stakeholders. Develop and provide the key technical and product specification interface between the FHS team and or internal customers. Liaison between Technical, Design, Engineering and customer teams to provide fit for purpose offerings. Managing and executing customer contracts. Assist with negotiation of contracts of supply. Ensure ongoing customer liaison price, supply & quality. Assist with the preparation of market analysis & strategies. Promoting industry, company & product development through market research. Prepare presentations to assist with promotion of the organisation. Keep informed of current national and international economic market information. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities and accounts in a highly technical environment. Industry experience in the Electrolysis Sector highly regarded. Experience in complex system sales with demonstrated technical understanding and ability to grasp new engineering concepts. Relevant bachelor's degree (Commerce, Commercial, Economics, etc) or equivalent experience. Solid contract negotiation and implementation skills. A solid understanding of global economic markets. Excellent market analysis and intelligence. Relationship Management skills. Experience in using CRM systems to facilitate pursuit management and team coordination. Sensitivity to different cultural norms. Excellent Communication, Conflict Management & Resolution skills.
