In the next decade, various large rail infrastructure investment projects and system enhancements will be delivered which will change the way people move. To ensure a co-ordinated approach in the delivery of this large rail infrastructure pipeline, TMR has established a Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office. The current significant rail projects Rail Infrastructure Delivery is responsible for includes the Beerburrum to Nambour Rail Upgrade Project ($550.8 million). The Beerburrum to Nambour Stage 1 Rail Upgrade Project (B2N) will contribute to a safe, efficient, and effective rail network that meets the current and future needs of the Region by improving capacity, reliability, and safety. It is being delivered in stages and is a significant component of the Region's QTRIP contribution. As the Administration Support Officer you will: Proactively manage internal and external enquiries or requests for the Project Director, enabling oversight. You will provide timely and accurate responses and day to day diary management. Arrange team meetings and handle meeting papers. You will provide input and prepare meeting documents for distribution whilst establishing and maintaining systems and processes. Support the project with various administrative tasks. You will ensure public sector standards of governance are met, including responsibility for minor HR and procurement activities. You will also Participate in and assist with development activities.
