In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that yourself as well as all service providers maintain effective communication with our Trade Partners (both locally and internationally) as well as keeping many areas of our business well informed. The role also serves as a point of contact for Super Retail Group, Vendors, and Shipping providers by maintaining visibility over all stock movements associated with active purchase orders and position in the supply chain. This is a highly supportive team environment that will provide on-the-job training. Therefore, if you come from a solid administration background, with intermediate Excel experience, have excellent high level communication skills both verbally and written and you have a willingness to learn, then everything else can be taught. This is a hybrid role, and can be based anywhere, however if you are based in Brisbane, our team comes together at the Strathpine HQ once a week on a Tuesday. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures that all stock orders are managed, updated, and visible with accuracy and are executed on time. Adhere to set processes and standards, apply consistent planning practices to ensure that SLA's are met, and report on all stock movements. Provide regular compliance communication, smooths volume, and drive efficiencies in inbound activities. Provide timely reporting that evaluates and drives action for planned reporting. ABOUT YOU Administration experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Relationship management both internally and externally High level communication skills both verbal and written A keen eye for detail Intermediate Excel skills SAP exp would be highly regarded, however not essential An analytical mindset and a problem solver Self-motivated, goals orientated and keen learning ability.
