People & Culture Administration Officer - Positions Available The Latrobe Regional Health People & Culture Team are looking for two Customer Service Superstars to join our team Reception & Administration Role As the first point of contact for all things P&C, the P&C Administration Officer is a key role in the P&C team and provides high-level customer service to LRH staff and managers contacting the P&C team, located in the hospital in Traralgon. Duties include responding to general phone, in-person and email enquiries, provision of security access and ID cards, and general administrative support to the People & Culture Team. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Salary $58,422 super per annum Full time, ongoing position with Monthly ADO (part time/jobshare will be considered) Please note that this role will be full time (5 days a week) until April 2025, at which time it will reduce to 0.6 EFT (3 days per week) Onboarding Role Our Onboarding Administrator oversees our onboarding process, providing assistance to new employees to ensure they complete all the requirements to get them set up at LRH. You'll liaise with P&C staff, LRH Managers and our pay office team to provide advice and guidance throughout the process. This is a key support role and requires a methodical, organised and friendly approach. This role is 0.9 EFT which can be worked as a 9 day fortnight or reduced hours across 10 days.
