The role Reporting to our Group Financial Controller you will be accountable for maintaining and overseeing the administration of the Oracle Finance and Procurement system (ERP / EPM). A key focus will also be the development and execution of the strategy associated with continuous systems improvement and ongoing maintenance and stability. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include, Leading continuous improvement, administration and ongoing maintenance support across all modules of Oracle Ensuring that Oracle support knowledge and processes are cross skilled across the tea Providing tactical solutions to Finance, Procurement and other business units that fill immediate operational gaps yet build towards strategic solutions Ensuring that Finance Systems Administration within the incumbent's portfolio meet all regulatory, governance and compliance requirements Supporting regular (monthly and quarterly) update cycles, including testing, creation of supporting documentation and training to relevant team members where necessary Ensuring up-to-date systems administration documentation, including procedures About you A result focused and outcome driven leader, we are seeking an individual with proven experience in system administration and the ability to identify and implement continuous improvement. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle competing priorities coupled with the following will set you up for success in this position, A strong background in accounting, technology, and financial systems Superannuation or finance industry experience an advantage but not essential Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience managing a team About US We believe that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
