About the role Reporting to the Manager Regulatory Affairs the role of the Advertising Compliance Administrative Coordinator will be a multifaceted position that will include providing assistance to the Advertising Compliance Team, as well as basic compliance support. Role responsibilities: Work with the Advertising Compliance Team to provide administrative support. Work with the Advertising Compliance Team and other relevant teams to provide basic compliance support Reviewing advertising and promotional materials across different advertising platforms such as digital marketing platforms, social media and print for therapeutic goods, cosmetics, foods and general consumer goods. The successful candidate should have: Previous administrative experience ideally Basic IT computer and Microsoft Office skills Great attention to detail Easily approachable and strong willingness to assist others Preparedness to take initiative Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask Capacity to plan and prioritise Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands Self-driven and proactive Exceptional teamwork skills and interpersonal skills Ability to work with a range of different colleagues The successful applicant will also be required to return a satisfactory Criminal History Check.
