We are looking for an experienced Site Administrator / Document Controller with Construction experience to assist Broad projects in WA. About the Role Reporting to the Construction team you will be responsible for providing document control services that comply with all statutory, contractual and company requirements. You will be responsible for providing administrative services to the project execution teams by ensuring the integrity, accuracy and currency of project files, records and drawings, and maintaining and processing project cost accounts. As the successful candidate you will need to be a self starter who is highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards. You will also have the ability to work in a team environment and be open to assist on administrative tasks when required. Skills and Experience 2-5 years experience in a site administrator / document control role Site Administration experience is highly desirable TeamBinder experience is desirable Demonstrated knowledge of functions and features of contemporary computer applications, especially generic office applications and document control systems Demonstrated knowledge of document and records management principles Demonstrated knowledge of time management principles Construction industry project experience is desirable Culture and Benefits The successful candidate will be rewarded with the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects and on-going professional development within a supportive and friendly team environment.
