TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the day to day Novated Sales Team, managing lead allocation and implementing and maintaining operational controls to ensure sales are optimised. Monitor and manage IMS and group email to ensure timely and complete lead and enquiry management Monitor KPl's including conversion, deal numbers and aftermarket sales and individual and team level, providing coaching and feedback. Monitor call recording to ensure compliance and as a tool for consultant feedback Monitor NPS and other sources of customer feedback and communicate relevant feedback to team/individuals as appropriate. Take ownership of any escalated issues and customer complaints to ensure a complete and satisfactory resolution Identify viable opportunities for new/additional income sources or profit drivers. Support projects and process improvements Develop sales competencies with the team through regular informal and formal training. Coordinate training for new and existing team members. Ensure a complete working knowledge of sgfleet products and services offered to customers (self and team). Provide leadership, direction, training and support to the team, driving client growth and retention. Develop further the team's capability and selling competency to ensure that tools, behaviours and individual capabilities are market-leading. Model inspirational leadership through effective people management that cultivates a strong culture of performance, collaboration, personal growth and engagement Compliance requirements are adhered to at all times SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Proven success in leading an inbound sales team, ideally gained within the salary packaging or finance industry Excellent sales coaching skills Strong leadership, communication and relationship building skills Extensive leadership experience in sales or business development with a track record of achieving results Experience in analysis and problem solving that demonstrates resourcefulness and resilience The ability to implement and maintain operational controls Excellent numerical skills Capability to coach and develop through the sales cycle and overcome challenges and setbacks Commercial acumen based on in depth knowledge of the business and good financial awareness Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills Experience using CRM systems and strong MS office suite skills Experience in the salary packaging/automotive finance industry WHAT'S NEXT We'd love to hear from you if you're ready to take on your next challenge at a company that embodies diversity, work-life balance, and career development.
