Administration Officer IP and E — South Albury, Albury Region

The Position To provide high quality administration support to the Infrastructure, Planning and Environment Directorate. Qualifications & experience Certificate qualifications in office administration or related discipline, or relevant working experience Relevant experience working in an administrative support role. Tasks & responsibilities Administration support including, report and contract preparation, proof reading, arranging travel and conference arrangements and committee administration. Assist with purchasing requirements for Infrastructure Planning & Environment. Administer internal and external committees including, agenda preparation, minute taking and liaison with external agencies. Provide assistance with, TRIM and purchasing, including training as required. Provide advice to staff with regard to administration procedures. Maintenance of electronic and paper records. Hours Based on a 35 hour week, with actual days and times being Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity's RDO guidelines.
