Location: Melbourne, Australia About the Role: The company is looking for a flexible, dynamic, and sales-driven Project Sales Manager to join their DOC team. In this role, the selected candidate will lead the team to penetrate the market, focusing on Cold Water Boosting and HVAC projects at specification level. The primary objective will be to establish and nurture relationships with Consulting Engineers, Architects, Developers, and Building Services Consultants to drive brand awareness and increase project sales. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing a channel strategy to support sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategically focus on Cold Water Boosting and HVAC projects, emphasizing flagship products. Engage with Architects, Developers, and Building Services Consultants to elevate brand visibility and secure project sales. Drive business development initiatives, fostering relationships with various stakeholders. Select products and generate quotations, adept at renegotiating existing projects to align with the product line. Collaborate seamlessly with existing market approaches, guiding specifications to completion with contractors and dealers. Required Competences & Skills: Minimum of 3 years' experience in specification sales, preferably within the pump equipment or related industry. Proven track record in selling technical equipment is essential. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation skills. Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric approach and keen attention to detail. Comprehensive understanding of sales channels and adept at navigating them efficiently. Proficient with IT systems and programs, including MS Office, CRM Dynamics, and Outlook. Experience working in an international company would be advantageous. Strong business ethics and a team-oriented mindset. Work Environment: This is a national role based out of the Melbourne office.
