A progressive accounting firm located in the Eastern suburbs are looking for their next team player to join the administration team. Based in the South Eastern suburbs, this professional services accounting firm is in need of an Senior Administrator to join their team. This role would be ideal for someone seeking a new challenge, with variety in the role. It will suit a professional with experience in accounting and has a good understanding of ASIC processes. THE ROLE Assist accountants with lodgement, collations and any other admin requirements Handling ATO correspondence and processing NOA's Collating tax returns and financial statements for Companies, Trusts, Superfunds and Individuals Liaising with clients and the team of accountants regularly requesting additional information or general queries Collation and preparation of electronic workpapers Preparation of annual statements Preparation and lodgement of a wide variety of ASIC forms Incorporation of companies and establishment of trusts Preparation of statutory records and corporate registers Dealing with ASIC other relevant authorities in relation to corporate secretarial services Advising clients and internal stakeholders on how their enquires Perform administrative duties as required such as scanning, collating and binding, answering telephone calls, meeting & greeting clients, preparation of boardroom, scheduling appointments Managing of office supplies and stationery and arranging catering as required YOU Administrative background in a professional services environment Someone who enjoys supporting a team and adding value Excellent written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills, be self-motivated and take ownership of processes Be a team player who can work well under pressure, but also able to work autonomously as required Demonstrates trustworthiness, integrity and discretion with highly sensitive information Willingness to learn and be challenged XERO or MYOB AE experience, or another accounting software Proficient Microsoft suite skills THE BENEFITS Competitive remuneration and training Bonus day of leave for your birthday Great team culture Modern office which is easy access from major freeways Onsite gym Smart casual attire acceptable Supportive team environment HOW TO APPLY If this sounds like you then please APPLY NOW.
