Client Details Our client is a global Japanese company and they are seeking a Japanese Speaking General Administration Officer with great communication skills to carry out a range of administrative duties. Description Your main responsibility includes: Prepare invoices and liaise with accounts. Perform banking tasks Maintain office supplies and facilities Provide reporting to head office in Japan Communicate and coordinate with various internal and external organisation.
