Admin/Reception Manager for Medical Practice in Jerrabomberra We are actively seeking an Admin Manager for our client's dyanamic team in Jerrabomberra. About the role The role leads the reception team to provide a range of services to the community, as well as managing financials and patient records. You will be managing a team of 8 receptionists and reporting to the Practice Manager. If you are an experienced 2IC, with proven people management skills, who is looking to take the next step up, we'd be keen to hear from you as well Skills & experience GP experience is desirable (not essential) People management skills (NON NEGOTIABLE) Leadership and collaboration skills Ability to develop quality working relationships Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills Benefits Great location with free parking Career-progression opportunities Experienced teams and a safe environment Practice closes for lunch daily, to ensure a break. Hours : The practice is open Monday to Saturday, including Thursday evenings. The successful candidate may be required across Monday to Saturday.
