The Company Our client is leader in their space and seeking to appoint an admin assistant to join their collaborative and supportive team. The role Key Responsibilities: Reception and front of house management Provide support to team members by handling administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute various documents, reports, and presentations essential for team meetings and project requirements. Maintain meticulously organised filing systems and databases to facilitate efficient information retrieval and management. Act as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service.
