About the roles We have two exciting permanent, full-time opportunities available in our Business Support team within our Network & Infrastructure Division. Senior Contracts Administration Officer (Level 3) In this role you will be required to provide a customer focused administrative, procurement, financial and contract management support services to the Contracts team in Networks and Infrastructure. This position is largely focus on the contract administration of our key works projects. To be successful in this role, you will possess: Experience in the preparation of administration of contracts. Knowledge and understanding of procurement practices as they relate to the State Public Sector. Team Lead Contract Administration (Level 4) In this role you will oversee and provides advice and support to the Network and Infrastructure Division on contract administration ensuring compliance with PTA policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will be required to lead and facilitate contract administration, including monitoring, analysis, and reporting. You will also be required to administer contract registers and systems, and coordinates administration support to the team. To be successful in this role, you will possess: Experience in procurement and contract administration activities as well as knowledge and understanding of contract management. Well-developed leadership and management skills in order to provide clear advice, directions and appropriate feedback to team members, and other internal and external stakeholders as required. Demonstrated initiative in implementing new procedures and work practices for business improvement. Experience in supervising and facilitating teams to ensure customer service levels are achieved. About You To excel in both roles, you will have: Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of stakeholders and provide clear and succinct information and advice. Good written and report writing skills. Well-developed organisational skills including ability to use initiative and work with competing demands under pressure to manage a range of diverse tasks. Proven ability to analyse data and undertake research. Well-developed problem-solving skills as well as the ability to negotiate and influence when required. Proven ability to deal with confidential issues in a discreet and sensitive manner. Good computer literacy including the ability to use Microsoft Office applications and experience in using databases. You can expect.
