The Project We have partnered with MRWA, Georgiou and BG&E to provide iconic upgrades for Fitzroy Crossing in the Northwest region of Western Australia With the option to work on-site or in the Perth office, we have options to suit your preference. The successful candidate will work close closely with key stakeholders across the project, building effective relationships that facilitate the successful execution of Head contract, Subcontractor and Supply Agreement. Who we’re looking for: Delivering strong commercial outcomes on our projects is paramount to BMD’s sustainability. In this role, you will review and monitor contractual and financial matters, understanding all requirements of the head contract and other subcontractor and supplier agreements. You will be a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and strong technical expertise to: ensure the supply chain is aligned with the rights and obligations of the head contract lead contract negotiations liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver sound commercial outcomes. administer packages in accordance with the contracts and legislative requirements. coordinate claims and disputes. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with: Tertiary qualification in an appropriate engineering, quantity surveying, finance, accounting, legal or business discipline is preferable. three to ten years’ experience in a similar role in the construction industry. experience leading commercial negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
