How will I help? An excellent opportunity is available for an Infrastructure Operations Senior Specialist within our robust and exciting Workplace Virtual Services (WVS) team. If you are self-motivated and have demonstrated experience in taking initiative and thinking outside the box, then this role is for you The team manages Zscaler Private Access for the whole Westpac Group and this division sits within Infrastructure and provides Workplace technology services across the entire Westpac Group. This role's initial primary focus will be on supporting any user's issues with Zscaler Private Access, ensuring our services are effectively stable, and managing the potential risk of business impact in the execution of infrastructure change. Your key responsibilities include: Supporting, administering, and managing Zscaler infrastructure and environment. Managing Zscaler Client Connector. Providing 2nd level application and system support. Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for Zscaler-related issues. Conduct Zscaler environment updates and testing, including security patches and feature enhancement deployments. Identifying risks and opportunities within the environment and developing mitigation plans to minimise user and system impacts. Manage and respond to the related tickets and requests. Manage workload and correspondence in line with the agreed SLAs. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base in our tool, including technical designs and documentation. Ensuring the Zscaler knowledge and technology evolution is maintained and reported. This role will also be accountable for the existing technologies, including monitoring and capacity reportingecommendations. What's in it for me? We are looking for a team member who has a strong customer focus, is outcome-driven, and can interpret the needs of our client by bringing the following: At least two years of experience administering and managing in a Zscaler infrastructure environment, particularly Zscaler Private Access, OAuth, SSO, SSL, and SAML. Proven experience managing and supporting a Zscaler ZTN Technology. Experience in the day-to-day maintenance and break-fix of the Zscaler Infrastructure. Experience with Windows 11 and Linux O/S. Competent analytics and diagnostics for 2nd level problem solving. Experience as a DevOps Support. Proficiency with Bitbucket workflows. Good knowledge of Jenkins and Azure pipeline. Experience with ZPA Console Analytics and ZPA Splunk App. Experience with Network troubleshooting tools, tcpdump, Wireshark etc. Availability for on-call requirement once in every 4 weeks.
