Role Responsibilities: Planning & allocation of drivers daily runs Frequent communication with drivers Coordinate interstate transport requirements from the sales departments Obtain quotes from external car carriers Monitor the email inbox and answer any queries that come through promptly and professionally. Assisting with vehicle registrations Assisting stock control with ad hoc tasks What we are looking for: Well organised and can prioritise workloads on a daily basis. Strong & professional verbal, written and phone communication. Excellent attention to detail, punctual & reliable. Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal departments and external companies. Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with a team Can plan, and think quickly and strategically when issues arise. No previous experience necessary.
