The role As part of our Aboriginal Strategy section, you will form part of a dynamic team contributing towards the successful achievements of the department's strategic direction. In this role you will provide a range of administrative and operational support to the Aboriginal Strategy Team, support training and annual events such as National Reconciliation Week and NAIDOC Week, co-ordinating internal bookings and calendars, and maintaining attendance records. Your duties would include: Producing documents and promotional material such as newsletters, surveys, event invitation and newsflash articles. Maintaining email inboxes providing standard advice and responses. Support training and events, arranging internal bookings and calendars, and maintaining attendance records. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follows up on the necessary actions/outcomes of the meetings.
