Team Administration Assistant — The Rocks, Sydney

Exciting opportunity to join our team supporting teams across our Risk Function Sydney based role with minimum 3 days in office in Kent Street Permanent fulltime opportunity How will I help? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Team Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support and coordination to our dedicated Risk teams. In this role, you'll find yourself at the heart of our office's operations. You'll be the go-to person for coordinating team meetings, from managing agendas and taking minutes to booking rooms and setting up technology. But that's not all; you'll play a crucial role in organising team events, training sessions, and conferences, making sure invitations are sent out, responses are gathered, and everything is in place for a successful event. You'll also be instrumental in managing staff movements, including the onboarding process for new team members and the coordination of offboarding for those moving on. Your attention to detail will ensure all mandatory training is completed, compliance activities are up to date, and our team's travel and accommodation needs are handled with ease. Our team relies on staying connected and informed, and you'll be responsible for keeping our structure charts, file storage, and communication tools like SharePoint and TEAMS up to date. Plus, you'll keep the team spirit high by managing rewards, tracking important dates, and assisting with seating arrangements in our agile working environment. What's in it for me? We're looking for someone with prior team assistant experience supporting a team of multiple leaders who is not only skilled with MS Office but also proficient in our internal systems or has the ability to quickly learn. Your excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and knack for handling pressure will make you an ideal candidate.
