About the opportunity Intellect Systems Site Services Division are currently seeking an Administrator / Coordinator – CCMS for an approx. 6-12 months duration. This exciting opportunity focuses on driving project implementation from commissioning into operations while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to client specifications and applicable standards. As a member of the Intellect Systems Site Services team, you will work closely in a collegiate manner with key stakeholders and your peers in the delivery of allocated tasks whilst ensuring the Company’s reputation for high quality services and client satisfaction is maintained. Details of the opportunity: • Western Australia based project • Immediate start preferred • Must successfully pass medical and D&A • Perth based for approximately for 6 weeks and then 8/6 Roster to site • Point of Hire – Perth • Flexible engagement and potential for ongoing employment Requirements: • Minimum 2 years in CCMS Database Management and Site Coordination (Mining); • Must have proven experience in setting up and administering Hexagon Smart Completions CCMS; • Electrical or Mechanical qualifications preferred (Degree, Diploma or Trade); • Experience in Mining and Project design practices and systems; • Proven experience in coordinating complex project activities, preferably in the mining, commissioning, or similar industrial sectors; • Experience ensuring data accuracy within the CCMS, perform regular audits and quality checks; • Sound computer skills with the ability to use MS Package and other relevant software privacy; • Strong attention to detail with exceptional interpersonal skills; and • Technical project support experience;
