As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in managing contracts and ensuring the successful execution of some of Canberra's most exciting projects. The project team consists of a Project Manager and Director, as well as two Contracts Administrators, a Cadet, two Site Managers, multiple Foremen, and Leading Hands. Duties. Formulate, lodge, and manage Client progress payment claims Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate and compile monthly reports, including presentations to management, in collaboration with the Project Manager Manage project finalisation activities including financial and defects close, completion documentation Forecast and report on key project financials including cashflow, costs, and time Skills & Experience. Bachelor’s degree in Building and Construction Management or similar Ability to organise, communicate, and display good time management skills Capable of building strong work relationships with external clients, stakeholders Proven experience on projects above $50M Culture.
