Permanent full-time role available at our Mitcham Office Monday - Friday, with no weekend work required Lots of perks, bonus incentives, birthday leave and team discounts About Beacon Lighting Commercial Part of the Beacon Lighting Group, the Commercial Sales Division provides an exclusive lighting design and consultancy service to the large volume residential building market in Australia. We also specialise in project and specification lighting in various commercial sites including apartments, hotels, and aged care facilities. Working alongside the growing Trades industry, we are continuously seeking ways of expanding our network. The Role Based at our Mitcham office, the purpose of the Sales Support / Storeperson role is to ensure all customers receive a professional experience each time. You will liaise with transport affiliates by receiving and dispatching goods, unloading & loading trucks, inventory records in & out, and communicating with customers with general freight deliveries. You will facilitate the delivery and dispatch of stock whilst also accurately maintaining customer records. You may also have the opportunity to work with various client groups such as builders, electricians, wholesale customers and larger project clients, thus contributing to your personal and career growth About You To be successful in this role you will possess the following qualities: Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job The ability to multi-task and prioritise your work effectively Excellent organisational skills and computer literate You are a team player and enjoy being part of a successful team Able to lift and carry items in a warehouse environment.
