The Role: Monday – Friday, your specific duties will include but not be limited to: Handling all sales administration Liaising with vendors, buyers, and solicitors Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material & agent branding Prepare and attend proposals, presentations, and auctions Manage exchanges & settlements Meeting & greeting clients, attending meetings & functions Ad hoc administration duties Assisting with Marketing The Candidate: The ideal candidate will possess the following; Must have previous Sales Administration experience Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills The ability to work proactively and independently Strong administration and communication skills This established team combines to harness success delivered in a fully integrated approach.
