Join Us and Make an Impact. We are currently seeking a Senior Projects Administrator to work out of our Perth, WA office. Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor the primary responsibility of Senior Projects Administrator will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions and providing support to the team, enabling them to achieve their objectives efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients Contract management (renewals & escalations) Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by Operations Manager Assisting Operations Manager in the development and training of team Responsible for Weekly, monthly, Open Jobs & OSI customer reports. Meeting minutes, as required. Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives, (open calls Planned maintenance completion customer surveys, HSE amongst others) Timely completion of scheduled maintenance tasks and ad-hoc repairs Adherence to Honeywell Policy & Procedures, in particular Service Edge Key Experience and Qualifications: Intermediate to High computer skills Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or higher an Advantage Microsoft applications training / certificates (or equivalent experience) - Intermediate to Advanced level appropriate Courteous, well spoken & well presented.
