What this opportunity involves: We are seeking a Lease Administration Associate to join our dynamic team at JLL, working with our Federal Government client. In this role, you will be responsible for abstracting leases and other updates, calculating rent roll reports, liaising with internal and external contacts, generating monthly reporting, managing lease administration queries, and ensuring compliance with global guidelines. An Overview of the role: Abstract leases and other updates following instructions from PEGA within agreed time frame Calculate fixed, CPI, and lease events report for Lease Administrators on a monthly basis Liaise with internal and external contacts when required Generate and distribute monthly reporting including rent roll Process ad hoc invoices and review recurring invoices and statements Liaise with landlords when required and manage landlord queries Ensure vendor/landlord details are maintained as required Assist in preparing and distributing ad hoc reports Adhere strictly to agreed procedures and process flows according to guidelines Manage various trackers for data governance and compliance Perform document and data management tasks Assist with budgeting and reporting activities Participate in annual audits Liaise with Finance and Leasing teams as required Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for: Relevant work experience in lease administration or related field. Broader property and/or finance experience is also welcomed. Understanding and interpretation of commercial real estate leases and rent roll reporting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team Knowledge of rent roll data and reporting, accounting, and reconciliation Experience using property management/lease administration systems and Microsoft Excel reporting Exceptional written and verbal communication skills What you can expect from us: You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
