About The Role Right now, we are looking for a Finance Administrator (Deductions) to join the team at FIP Group. You will be responsible for: Answering and assisting in solving general email enquiries. Actioning daily operations activities to ensure all requirements are fulfilled and stakeholders are satisfied. Assisting in actioning all tickets allocated to the Finance/Deductions team in Zendesk, escalating where required. Verifying and reviewing deductions for accuracy, making any inquiries regarding discrepancies with the site teams, and escalating any issues where required. Ensuring the correct and timely entry of data into all required systems. Assisting and participating in projects relating to the finance and deductions team as required. Providing support to Senior Financial Accountant and senior leadership where required. Assisting in coordination/communication between the finance and operations regarding deductions, attending meetings as required. About You To excel in this position you should be committed to delivering results and supporting the team. You should also possess the following attributes: Administration or data entry experience (in finance is advantageous but not essential). Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills and computer literacy. High level of analytical skill and attention to detail. Strong ability to multi-task. Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) to stakeholders at all levels.
