Land Sales Coordinator — Hackney, Norwood Area

We are seeking a Land Sales Coordinator to join our high-performing team in our contemporary office near the Adelaide CBD. Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include: - Assisting with the preparation and processing of land sale contracts with accuracy, while meeting deadlines Following up finance approvals and land settlements weekly in accordance with contract conditions Assisting with managing consultants, contractors and stakeholder engagement Assisting the department with the management of developments from concept through to onsite delivery Assisting relevant stakeholders in preparation for land releases Providing administration support with timely receipt and upkeep of construction information Responding to client, sales agents and building consultant queries as efficiently as possible Other general administrative duties as required The person that we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have a demonstrated skill in taking initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
