Job Responsibilities: Customer Service: Through your own passion for sports, you share your experience with users and through our hands-on product training you are able to give the best technical advice for the sports you are responsible for your dedicated department. Merchandising: Every Sports Advisor is encouraged to take responsibility to autonomously manage stock levels and pricing and to provide a high level of merchandising so that each customer can easily find the right product for their sporting practice. Tills: Each teammate has the skills and enthusiasm to work on the customer checkouts making a lasting impression on every customer. Deliveries: You will manage and process deliveries of stock and goods with high efficiency in mind. Duty Management (Captain): Taking on responsibility to share in a rotating floor supervising role (captain shifts).
