The Opportunity: Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for coordinating seamless sales operations? We are currently seeking a Sales and Hire Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for maximizing profitability and ensuring efficient hire fleet utilization, we want to hear from you. As a Sales and Hire Coordinator at Komatsu Forklifts you'll report to the Branch Operations Manager and work closely with the Regional Manager. You'll be supported not just professionally but personally too. Roster: Monday to Friday Location: Perth Branch (Maddington) Key Responsibilities: Maximize profit through strategic hire fleet management and active marketing. Handle customer invoicing, ensuring timely payments, and maintain accurate equipment records. Oversee completion of Sales & Margin Sheets, preparing and distributing weekly stock reports. Log orders with Head Office, ensuring efficient progress tracking. Coordinate timely forklift delivery, liaising with Service and Spare Parts departments. Organize forklifts for demonstration, ensuring efficient preparation and transportation. Conduct monthly stock takes, monitor payment adherence, and handle inquiries. Complete hire/dehire and equipment delivery dockets, compile weekly utilization reports. Supervise quarterly hour meter reading reports and efficient transport movements. Prepare timely performance reports for Sales and Hire, ensuring PM servicing and efficient financial transactions Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with EEO practices and procedures. The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities we’re Looking For: Experience in a similar role within the forklift/automotive industry, would be ideal. Passion for coordinating seamless transactions between departments and customers. Customer focused and the ability to liaise with internal and external customers. Experience in and the ability to maintain up to date WIP to ensure hire optimisation. Understanding of Parts Sales & supply chain activities. Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
