Financial Planning Administrator — The Rocks, Sydney

Are you a detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator looking for a part-time role? Join an expanding Sydney CBD-based wealth management firm Our client is a growing wealth manager who is currently looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their collaborative and dynamic team. The main purpose of this role is to support advisers and manage client queries and needs liaising with third-party providers and external advisers. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with advisers on client and account management and supporting other administrative tasks; Participate in client meetings with Financial Advisers; Improve internal process sheets for an orderly client management system; Coordinate fund transfers, investment applications and redemptions through platforms including Netwealth, IRESS, and monitoring records in Kaplan; Update regulatory documents such as Investor Certificates, Fee Disclosure Statements and Renewal Notices; AND Support and learn from Senior Financial Advisers. Skills & experience Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning or FASEA-approved course; Experience working as a paraplanner, or associate adviser ideally; Go-getter with a passion for financial planning, who is looking to develop their financial planning career long term; Strong advice strategy knowledge, including insurance; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Solid ability to build a strong rapport with clients; AND Demonstrated experience with XPLAN software highly regarded.
