About the roles The full-time role will take ownership of position responsibilities, while the part time role will actively float within the team, providing back-up and support as needed. Reporting to the Administration Services Lead, key tasks include: Reception duties – answering incoming phone calls, greet visitors, process donations, sell lottery tickets Providing a broad range of admin and project support across the business Assisting with the Under Our Roof service, including taking bookings, setting up for patient arrivals and organising cleaning and other maintenance as required Processing and fulfilment of over the counter and postal donations in an efficient, accurate and timely manner As the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service to various external stakeholders and internal departments within the THRF Group.
