About the role: JBS has the opportunity to join our dynamic Brooklyn HR team as a Talent Acquisition Administrator. The successful applicant will be responsible for the administration and support of the day to day delivery of recruitment activities. Responsibilities: Resume screening and phone interviews Provide high level administrative support Updating and maintaining candidate information Initiating and validating reference checks Assist with recruitment and induction processes Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures Developing effective relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files and systems database Strong candidate care and management Compliance to Human Resources Management System (Success Factors) Requirements: Strong administration and data processing skills Recruitment experience will be highly regarded Ability to work professionally and effectively within a team environment Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills and attention to detail Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Highly organised self-starter and committed to seeing projects through to the end Background in manufacturing experience is ideal but not essential to be successful in this role Benefits include (but not limited to): Generous discounted meat purchases Retail discounts with national partners Health insurance discounts on Bupa Health and Medibank Private Career and professional development opportunities What next?
