Your Role This role is integral to the Service Team and their ongoing success in providing A-class service to their customers. With an ever-increasing demand in the market for the ‘van-life’ lifestyle, you’ll never have a boring day As Service Receptionist/Administrator with this terrific team, your role is to be the administrative ‘glue’ and provide: An exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, assisting Service Advisors where required with taking scope of service requirements or regularly updating customers on repairs required and quoted costs; Answering all customer queries coming into the service centre by phone, email and in-person; Assisting (where required for overflow work) in processing workshop repair orders and managing the invoicing/payment process with customers; Assisting in the coordination of warranty repairs and lodging warranty claims; Ordering and following up of spare parts and coordinating logistics and timeframes; Providing aftersales support on occasion; Other ad-hoc support as required to ensure smooth execution of works between the workshop, spare parts providers and sales teams. This is a temporary to perm opportunity commencing ASAP, based in the inner Northern Suburbs with free street parking and uniforms. About You You will ideally bring previous reception/service administration/customer service experience (ie from industries such as automotive, machinery hire, smash repairs, property management etc) and candidates with direct automotive service administration experience will be highly regarded. You must demonstrate a strong customer-centric nature and be willing to assist wherever required as well as be comfortable liaising with departments in a large workshop/service centre environment. These attributes coupled with your strong administrative ability will see you excel as a crucial part of this team A driver’s license is essential and you will be provided with a fun and friendly working environment, uniforms and free street parking around the premises.
