What We're Looking For: We are searching for an enthusiastic and qualified Early Childhood Educator who shares our passion for providing exceptional care and education. The successful applicant will possess: A Diploma/Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care A minimum of 2 years' experience in the field Proficiency in reading, writing, and computer skills Certification in First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training A Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Child Protection Certificate A current Criminal History Check An in-depth understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Excellent communication and teamwork skills The ideal Candidates will: Be a key part of the Centre and work with our wonderful team Create a stimulating environment to foster & support children's development. Conduct observation and evaluation of children's development. Supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information, and working collaboratively in the team.
