Claims Administration Officer — Bankstown, Bankstown Area

$30.50 casual ongoing contract Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.30pm Reputable global transport company secure on site parking immediate start Bankstown location We are currently seeking an experienced Claims Officer to assist the day to day operations of a large electronics company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in complaint handling and management of escalations and have a dynamic "can do" attitude. Duties and Responsibilities: Management of escalations Management of conflicts or supplier disputes Management of SLA disagreements Lead the procurement of suppliers for specialist reports Weekly reporting as required Collaborate and participate in the development of the Supply Chain strategy and how Supplier Support will support and achieve objectives Processing of supplier and assessor invoices Request of specialist reports Management of a specialist reports database Provide QA support for specialist reports Data Entry Required Skills Excellent phone manner Strong stakeholder management skill Effective relationship management Excellent time management skills Ability to meet and or exceed KPI's Basic understanding of electronics terminology (desired) Previous data entry experience (advantageous) Efficient time management and organisational skills High attention to detail Effective communication skills; both written and verbal Positive and personable Intermediate computer skills; particularly Excel Proactive Results driven If you believe you meet the above criteria, please apply now of email Hannah Limond at hlimondlpcommercial.com.au for more information.
