What we look for As a collaborative and valued member of our clinical team, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you'll have: Conduct comprehensive review of residents through appropriate assessments Complete appropriate documentation Support residents with care requirements inline with scope of practice Provide essential support to the home Understanding of AN-ACC -Aged Care funding model A passion for caring for others Hold a valid qualification with current AHPRA registration To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply a NDIS worker screening clearance, COVID and flu vaccinations, and certification proof.
