Loading and Unloading: Utilize lifting and tipping devices to load and unload vehicles with goods and materials, exercising caution to prevent damage or injury during the process. Observing Safety Requirements: Strictly adhere to safety requirements and guidelines when loading and unloading vehicles, including proper use of personal protective equipment and following established safety protocols. Quality Checks: Conduct regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition and can be driven safely. Report any defects or issues to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution. Estimating Weights and Distribution: Estimate weights of loads to comply with load limitations and ensure safe distribution of weight within the vehicle. Make necessary adjustments to maintain stability and safety during transport. Securing Goods: Ensure that goods are stowed securely and covered properly to prevent loss, damage, or shifting during transit. Utilize appropriate securing methods and equipment as needed. Verifying Documents: Verify loading documents and check the condition of goods against delivery specifications. Obtain necessary certifications or signatures to confirm delivery and ensure accuracy of shipments.
