Job Description About the Role: We currently have an opportunity for a full time, permanent administrator to join our highly skilled and professional team in our spare parts division. This is a Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm role. Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager some of your key responsibilities will include: · Receive and answer telephone calls via the Call Centre. · Respond to emails in a shared Spare Parts mailbox in a timely manner. · Order processing. · Processing cash payments. · Processing returns and pricing credits. · Process new parts requests · Build and maintain strong relationships with key Temperzone account holders. · Provide high level of customer service across all functions.
