We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of our IT infrastructure. 6-9 Month Contract CBD Location Market Rates Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Management: Administer and manage various technologies including VMware, Microsoft Windows, Citrix, M365, Veeam, and Storage technologies. Monitor performance and availability of all managed technologies and services. Maintain support agreements and seek continuous improvement of infrastructure processes. Technical Management: Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of server and network infrastructure. Provide escalation support to the IT Service Desk and Support Team. Champion change management processes within the IT infrastructure environment. Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. Microsoft MCSE certification is desirable. Professional certifications in VMware, Storage, Veeam, Microsoft Core Technologies, M365, Citrix, Cisco, or ITIL are highly desirable. Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere), Storage Administration, Windows Server, Citrix, Microsoft 365, and core infrastructure technologies. Strong diagnostic and resolution skills within virtual and Windows infrastructure environments. Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
