National Administration Manager — Fortitude Valley, Brisbane

Job Description We are currently seeking a highly experienced administrative professional who is looking to progress their career in this key support role. Working closely with the Managing Director and the Franchisee’s, this role will provide legal administration, office management and finance administration support to the national business. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and passionate about all facets of legal and finance administration and must be process driven and service orientated. Key responsibilities include: Preparation of all legal documentation required for the renewal of existing Franchise Agreements within the network. Preparation of all documentation for prospective Franchisees that join the PRD network, including initial compliance with ACCC requirements. Maintaining and keeping up to date National Franchise Register. Maintain local office admin budgets and expenditure to ensure all controllable costs are within budget. Coordinate and manage all aspects of staff onboarding and offboarding Oversee invoicing for franchise fees, technology fees and other invoices for the network. Ensure budget and financial spreadsheets are always maintained and kept up to date.
