In this position, you’ll have the construction manager nurture you into a great contracts manager whilst you give support to 5 CA's (junior to mid-level). You’ll be able to develop relationships with your subbies as they are always paid on time so they won’t be pestering you for the wrong reasons. Initially, the salary will be $140-$170k package with a yearly financial appraisal and this figure will quickly rise as you learn more skills and develop into a contracts manager. Can you tell me more about the company? Operating for 25 years, they have grown organically to 30 staff who operate out of a beautifully designed office in Artarmon. They develop strong team relationships with weekly lunches, fitness classes, and weekends away throughout the year. Ideal if you want to work with happy colleagues where staff turnover is low. With turnover now at $50 million they deliver projects from $250k - $20million in the commercial, child care, health and fit-out sectors. Their repeat clients are well known such as Red Cross, Charterhall and Notre Dame University so you’ll get great exposure working with big brands. You don’t need to be the finished article to apply for this role as we are looking to train you - but to be suitable you’d need to tick these 4 boxes; You have a construction-related degree and have previously delivered fit-out projects in Australia.
