You enjoy solving problems related to building reliable products that will last for years and not being handicapped by restrictive budgets. You’re used to having a say on which high quality electronic components to use for your designs. Perhaps you’re looking for more responsibility, a bigger piece of the pie. A role that gives you more ownership of your own projects. Or maybe, you want to work with more people who get excited about cool engineering. Where the office chat is about the pet project you’ve been working on and other emerging tech. Your next role could be for this high-end manufacturer that’s incorporating brushless DC motor controllers for their niche and award winning designs. With a major uplift in revenue and demand from all over the globe, you’ll build high end products that members from the health and fitness community are desperate to get their hands on (they're analogous to the Makitas or Milwaukees of the Health and Wellness industry). You’ll have more responsibility for setting project requirements. You’ll research new technologies and techniques that improves the way the team works. And you’ll collaborate with lots of very talented engineers along the way. The team is made up of passionate people with backgrounds on some very cool projects. Operating with a STM32 architecture, there will be some bare metal programming in C. If you’ve got specific experience with STM32 or BLDC that would be great, but not essential. Because there is a big emphasis on hardware debugging in the role, you’ll need to be in the office most days. But you’ll have a flexible work environment that means you choose when your day starts and ends.
