You’ll have more responsibility for setting project requirements. You’ll research new technologies and techniques that improves the way the team works. Operating with a STM32 architecture, there will be some bare metal programming in C. If you’ve got specific experience with STM32 or BLDC that would be great, but not essential. Because there is a big emphasis on hardware debugging in the role, you’ll need to be in the office most days.
