About the Role: The Membership Sales Representative role involves driving sales of the organisation's private health insurance policies within the specified community. It's essential for the successful candidate to have an understanding of the Seventh-day Adventist Church faith and to be comfortable presenting and networking within the Adventist community. The Sales Representative primarily operates from our client's office in Wahroonga but is also expected to travel to various Seventh-day Adventist Church locations as needed. The position offers a 24-month contract, with the potential for extension. Key Responsibilities: Selling private health insurance policies through various channels. Building and maintaining key customer relationships within the community. Presenting and providing a sales comparison service at community meetings and work sites. Conducting telephone retention activities. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of products, market conditions, and competitor activity. Requirements Key Requirements: Previous sales experience, preferably within the insurance or healthcare sector. Strong communication and networking skills. Understanding of and alignment with the values and mission of the organisation, particularly those of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Legal right to live and work in Australia.
