You'll play a pivotal role in equipping a team of sales agents to champion the company's powerful marketing & sales automation tools and educate the world What your exciting days will look like: Onboarding new sales staff via a blended approach of instructor-led training and computer-based training. Developing and delivering instructor-led workshops , micro-learnings, and other training sessions. Coaching both consultants and managers on selling skills, product knowledge, and processes. Analysing data to identify skill gaps and recommend actions to improve sales performance. Managing projects end-to-end and reporting on success metrics. What you'll bring to the team: Extensive experience in facilitating, coaching and training customer-facing teams. Experience tailoring content curriculum (Docebo) to audiences such as sellers, onboarding specialists, and account managers for localised cultures and region-specific campaigns.
