Sales Support Specialist — Port Melbourne, Port Phillip

About The Opportunity: Ready to take your sales support career to the next level? We're on the hunt for a motivated Sales Support Specialist to cover parental leave on a 10-month contract until January 31, 2025. This role is based in Port Melbourne, offering on-site work. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and love backing up sales teams and key account customers, this could be your ideal roleWe will count on you to: • Create, implement and managing Sales tracking tools and reporting format. • Updating, analysing and providing sales data and insights to support our sales teams. • Collaborate closely with state managers and the commercial team for any sales support and sales process improvement • Prepare, attend and present sales update in weekly and monthly meetings. • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from Key Account customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses. • Manage distributor contracts, registrations, and agreements. • Tracking on Key Account customers sales and communicate with them on the result and feedback to help them achieve their targets. • Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed to drive commercial and sales activities. • Communication with Legal Team to reviewing contracts, policies and relevant legislation • Oversee trade show events and liaise with suppliers to address any issues promptly.What would you bring to the table? For this role, we're seeking candidates with: • Relevant administration and sales support experience. • Qualification in Business, Sales Administration, or Marketing-related are advantageous. • Competent computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as numerical and data analysis skills. • Experience with SAP and CRM software. • Basic understanding of profit and loss (P&L) and financial reporting. • Customer focus, team-oriented mindset, flexibility, and attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Highly developed organisational skills. • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.What We Can Offer: • Career Pathway and Training: We're a global company committed to helping you achieve your career goals.
