Job Description WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Build, develop and foster relationships with clients, identify and convert sales leads into new business opportunities, Conduct market research to source new MICE business for the resort, Proactive sales for new clients and define their potential to the business, conduct sales appointments, inter-state sales trips and host networking events, site inspections and famils, Liaise with Accor Pacific National Sales to ensure access to key accounts and maximise any sales opportunities, Maintain effective communication with the Director of Sales and Marketing, providing market intelligence on a regular basis and an understanding of competitor strengths, weaknesses and ongoing sales activities.
