Primarily responsible for driving sales growth across a designated territory while leading a small team. Key responsibilities: - Driving established local wholesale customer list and building new customers throughout Victoria - Working in partnership with the national distributor (Melbourne based) - Delivering and maximising sales and coashing a small team - Identifying and delivering on opportunities for range expansion - Maintaining and growing on and off premise relationships - Conducting tastings and customer staff training sessions You bring: - Minimum 3 years wine industry sales experience - Existing on-and off premise relationships - Excellent communication and customer service skills - A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPI's - A positive, solution-seeking attitude with analytical and problem solving skills
